Underground Report 2

Posted by Emma - January 21st, 2012

I figured I should do another one of these with a few more songs that you might like! Hopefully these are artists you have never heard of, but will be interested in now (and you might even prefer them over most of mainstream! I know I do.). Anyway, here's the list. I'll try to cover a range of genres - but, computer-gen music is always my favorite!

Noisia - Industrial Techno
Aquasky - Old School Drum&Bass
Bush - Post-grunge
The Buzzhorn - Hard Rock
Daiki Kasho - Tech-Rock
Interpartysystem - Electronic Rock <3
MercyMe
- Rock
Porter Robinson - New School Techno
Steve Jablonsky - OST
Darwinia - OST
(Adding more as I think of them!)

Also, here's your childhood:

(Oh hey, my interview is out. Lolol)

i know Bush
the rest is a no...
im listening to Dust
thats proto-metal from the early 70's
i doubt many people on here have even heard of them...

Dust sounds familiar, but I'm not sure if it's the same one you're thinking of lol.

who knows it might
my favorite songs are Learning To Die and Suicide
if you haven't heard them id suggest them
they're pretty good in my opinion

Oh nope that's not who I was thinking of haha, but I do like all types of music!

*sits in corner while quietly laughing at Viper50*

*sits wondering why sheizenhammer is laughing at me...*

Hello. I'm '12er. How are you?

Not bad. Also, I don't pay attention to sign up dates lol.

I like the first video.

Yeah that's one of my favorite music videos of all time! It's so abstract, haha.

Ooo, is this a fight? It had better be!

Is what a fight lol?

Rayman music <3

It's so amazing :)!

This is going to sound cheesy, but when I was a wee child, the music in Rayman videogames used to make me feel all soft and tender, and I even think I cried during a scene (in Rayman for Nintendo 64 when that snake guy (Sssssam or something I think) cried because he was lonely. I was such a cheeseball as a kid.

I didn't know you were interviewed by Asandir! Nice interview. I am glad we encouraged you to stay, and I've always thought you were a good poster regardless of whether I agreed with what you were saying or not. You are normally very good about looking at situations/topics with a dynamic point of view.

Haha I did feel for a lot of the characters! The toons were always so cute and made me sad when they were all captured :(! Also, the Tarzan guy was so confusing!

And thanks! I try my best to ignore bias :)

This profile need more Rayman: Origins.

Rayman what?? :P

classic Rayman FTW!

list could do with more Legend

Hmm, not bad!

i learned about them through Bahamut during his Monday Metal Treasures thing he had going on all through out last year

Is that like the Last.Fm crew?

that was posts he had on here every monday last year for different metal songs from different metal bands
hang on i think i have the link for the index page thingy that listed all of the bands here somewhere...
bahamut.newgrounds.com/news/post/5541 19
that lists all of the bands
he also had a thing for a band called Manilla Road that lasted for about 15 weeks

DAMN IT
just copy the link and paste the link i guess

Out of all of them, I've only heard of Noisia.
