Explain to me why just about every other civilized industrial nation in the world happens not to have very high gun crime rates or homicide rates for that matter.
It might be because they did what was necessary to crush the black market's ability to flood their countries with guns.
Municipal gun bans are probably useless if adjacent cities and states haven't banned guns as well.
Most other countries actually have morals and values.
